No matter how much your family “loves” each other, sibling rivalry happens to even the best of families.  Come hang out with us while we deconstruct why rivalry happens and how us moms can take the reigns while navigating sibling rivalry.

[ 7:11 ] Teach our children that their actions affect other people.

[ 9:53 ] It all goes back to respect for the other and communication.

[ 11:07 ] Create an environment where your children learn good communication and skills for any healthy relationships.

[ 11:39 ] As a mom, remain neutral and don't take sides.  Be curious ask questions about what happened and help your kids navigate through the rivalry.

[ 19:45 ] Behind every behavior is a need.  What is the need of each child when they are having a sibling conflict?

[ 20:00 ] Teach your children how to communicate with their sibling.  Teach your child how to share with their sibling why they are upset, how they are feeling and how to intentionally listen to the other person and vise versa.

[ 32:25 ] Teach our children to see, hear and validate each other when they are having a conflict.
